These terms govern your use of OnYou. By creating an account or using the service, you accept what follows. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
OnYou is a tool for organising tasks and checklists, assigning them to other people and following them up. Each person has their own board and can delegate tasks to others, who receive them on theirs.
You agree not to use OnYou to:
What you create in OnYou —tasks, contacts, comments, photos— is yours. You grant us only the technical permission needed to store, display and process it in order to provide you with the service (for example, saving it in the database and sending it to whoever you delegate a task to). We do not use it for anything else. The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy policy.
Other people's data. When you load third-party data into OnYou — a worker's name and number, the photos they complete a task with — you decide that processing and we carry it out following your instructions. That relationship is governed by our Data Processing Addendum, which is incorporated into these terms by reference: by accepting these terms, you also accept that addendum. In everything relating to the processing of third-party data, the addendum prevails over these terms.
OnYou is offered «as is» and «as available». We work to keep it running well, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. We may change, suspend or discontinue features; if a change affects you significantly, we will try to let you know.
The Free plan is for managing your own work, and for receiving and completing whatever other people delegate to you: that is never charged for, not even when the person delegating to you is on a paid plan. What requires a subscription is you delegating to other people and everything that hangs off that (assigning owners, access links for your team, proof photos, generating checklists with AI, and calendar sync).
The app is the same on both plans: we do not hide the paid features. When you tap one, we tell you it belongs to Pro. When the paid plan opens, its price and conditions (renewal, cancellation, refunds) will be set out at the time of purchase and will supplement these terms. If a subscription ends, your account moves to the Free plan —which is still useful— rather than to a total lockout: what you already created stays there.
You can stop using OnYou and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts other users or the service at risk. When an account is closed, what the Privacy policy says about data retention and deletion applies.
To the extent permitted by law, OnYou and Alfa Marketing S.A. are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. OnYou is an organising tool: actually carrying out the tasks, and the decisions you make based on the information in the app, are your responsibility.
We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we will tell you inside the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the version in force.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Ecuador, the country where Alfa Marketing S.A. is domiciled, in the city of Quito. This is without prejudice to the rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
